Super cute vintage 1986 Cabbage Patch Kids doll.
Lemon hair girl with blue eyes. Her face has some marks that I have not tried to remove. See photos.

I do believe her hair ribbons are original. Outfit is vintage CPK from the OK factory.  Diaper is not a CPK.
No shoes or socks.
No smells at all. Comes from a smoke free and pet free home. She has been in storage and has some dust and will need a good cleaning.
