    Screenwriting duo Nate Monaster and Stanley Shapiro had worked previously together on films such as 1965's "A Very Special Favor" starring Rock Hudson and Leslie Caron and "That Touch of Mink" in 1962 which earned the pair an Academy Award nomination for Best Original Screenplay.
    Set in Manhattan, shot on location in Los Angeles.
