    Description

    Stunningly Gorgeous Antique Tall Case Clock. Fluted Hood Columns with Swan Neck Pendiment. The top of those appear to have a brass floral decorative piece. The wood appears to be Oak with Mahogany accents.
    The Clock dial itself has what appears to be a hand painted landscape scene depicting a farm with farmers and livestock. Very beautiful. Spandrels on the side are roses / flowers that are handprinted. Roman numerals and second markings as well.
    Missing Dial Door Lock. Also includes the original key for the trunk key lock. Pendulum and weights are all original. Pulleys and attachments are original it appears as well. Original winding crank as well. This clock appears to be in good working order, but has not been assembled with the pendulum into the gear box / clock mechanism.
    The movement appears to have no name on it upon careful examination. The false plate has the names of Caste, Hawthorn and Halifax inscribed on it, meaning this clock was likely manufactured in and around the time of 1800.
