    A young hotshot pilot joins an elite flying squadron and has to prove himself to his commanding officer and fellow pilots by taking on a dangerous mission. Made with the cooperation of the US Navy, who lent a real life squadron to the film, surely one of the earliest instances of the mutually beneficial relationship between Hollywood and the US military.
    Blue titled wrappers, rubber-stamped FILE COPY on the front wrapper, rubber-stamped production No. 4610, dated 2-6-40, with credits for Wells Root. 279 leaves, mimeograph duplication, with aged white revision pages throughout, dated variously between 1-2-40 and 2-6-40. Pages Near Fine, wrapper Very Good with heavy dampstaining, bound with two gold brads.
